Skinny Secrets: Model Renee Somerfield

RENEE

Would you say you’ve always been naturally skinny, or is it a product of diet & exercise?

I have definitely always been skinny. My physique is naturally very petite and I am quite tall (5’10). Growing up, this felt very awkward but I have grown to love and embrace my body! I work hard to keep my body looking healthy and fit, which means eating 6+ times a day and working out with resistance and weights to make sure I maintain lean muscle… I don’t like looking too skinny!

Describe what you typically eat and drink over a normal day? What will tend to order if you eat out at a restaurant?

A healthy lifestyle is something I encourage and being a passionate vegan makes it easy to eat clean! I believe in eating as natural as possible, the way mother nature intended. I avoid all animal products like meat, dairy & eggs and stick to green, wholesome foods from the earth. A typical day would include avocado & tomato on rye bread or organic muesli with almond milk and fruit. For lunch I love soy/veggie pattie burgers, Mediterranean salads, wholegrain pastas or a toasted baked vegetable roll.

For dinner I love making Thai dishes with veggies & tofu, Mexican tacos or burritos with beans & LOTS of chilli, baked veggies with hummus or vegetable soup with beans and pasta! I have a recipe book with over 500 vegan recipes, so it never gets boring and always stays fun and nutritious! And believe it or not, I rarely have a problem being vegan and eating out, there are so many yummy, healthy choices – you just have to look!

Renee Somerfield

What are some of your golden rules to being skinny? (for example, no food after 8pm, zero alcohol, no dairy or carbs) What are some of the common mistakes you see other girls making?

I believe that nourishing your body with healthy, natural and nutrient-rich foods will show on the outside. I can thank my positive attitude, lean body, glowing skin and healthy hair and nails for my clean inside! Common mistakes I see are drinking too much alcohol, using recreational drugs, indulging in processed and convenient foods, relying on caffeine for energy and sleep deprivation. Give your body the love and respect it deserves!

How many times a week do you workout, and at what intensity? What kind of workouts do you swear by for a slim, lean body? Is it a huge time commitment?

I like to workout 4-5 times a week for about an hour depending on my schedule. You will never find me at the gym, I’m always keeping it fun and fresh outdoors! I love long distance running, walking my dogs, sand dune sprints and Pilates with weights. If the weather is horrible or I am traveling and can’t fit in a workout, I will use a resistance band! I think the key to fitness is finding something you love and enjoy! If you loathe going to the gym (like me!) then try an outdoor class, swap the treadmill for the sand or go for a bike ride with a friend. Working out is meant to be fun, not a chore!

If you really want to tighten up and get a super flat stomach before a big shoot – what do you do to prepare?

I don’t do any emergency dieting or training before a shoot. I believe in a healthy lifestyle, not a quick-fix diet. Making sure I am eating clean and moving my body insures I am always bikini ready!

Craving Longer, Fuller, Sexier Hair? Everything You Need To Know About Hair Extensions

Craving Longer, Fuller, Sexier Hair

From Kim Kardashian’s glamorous raven locks to the sexy tousled waves on the Victoria’s Secret runway, these girls sure know how to inspire serious hair envy. The secret behind this supermodel hair? Hair guru Orlando Pita rolled up to this year’s VS fashion show with an entire suitcase packed with extensions and wigs. Proof that with the right extensions, those longer, fuller, oh-so sexy locks are yours! We asked hair stylist and extensions expert Sherri Belanger from the Román Salon in West Hollywood to create an essential guide:

Want Something For The Weekend? Consider Clip-Ins

If you are considering adding length to your hair, but aren’t ready for the commitment of hair extensions, clip- in’s may be the perfect solution. Pieces can be purchased at most wig stores, and some beauty supply stores and are perfect for someone who only wants to add volume and length occasionally, like on the weekends, or for an event.

Clip-In With Caution!

You can’t sleep or swim with them, so save yourself the embarrassment and don’t wear them when trying to do either. I’ve seen clip-in pieces on the floor at a club, in the bathroom at a restaurant, in the pool in Las Vegas.. yup. And be sure that your pieces match your hair, ladies. I see it all the time – girls with light brown hair and golden highlights – and bleach blonde extensions! If you have different tones of color in your hair, then your clip-ins must have different tones too otherwise it screams fake. They make so many options these days and offer many sets with low lights and highlights throughout which makes them look much more natural.

Are You Ready For A More Long-Term Relationship

Are You Ready For A More Long-Term Relationship?

If you find yourself becoming addicted to your clip-ins and wearing them almost every day, it’s probably time to start shopping around for a more permanent method. I encourage you to do some homework and shop around to find a method and a stylist that seems best for you. There are many different types of extensions with varying price ranges and qualities.

So How Much Do Hair Extensions Cost?

I get emails daily with this same question over and over. Though I understand this is important, it’s not as simple as that. Price varies depending on many things and you need to learn all about them to better understand where your money is going. If the hair is really cheap, then it probably won’t last very long, and you will have to replace it frequently. The better the quality, the longer it will last. If a stylist is charging you $2500 for extensions, and says you have to replace the hair every few months, then she is ripping you off. Hair that is that price should last you up to a year.

Extensions Are An Investment – and Need To Be Maintained

Once you have hair extensions installed in your hair, you will need a “blending” haircut to finish (and make sure to ask if it’s included in your service charge) You will need them to have your extensions “maintenanced” every few months. This means as your own hair grows, so do the extensions, and after about 2 months it’s time to move the extensions back up to your scalp. This is an additional service so it’s important to consider this when investing in hair extensions.

Important Questions To Ask Your Stylist

Firstly, you need to be sure that your hair can even handle hair extensions. Bad candidates include someone losing their hair, someone whose hair is too short for installation, or someone with severely damaged hair. If your hair is damaged, it’s so important to cut back on the things creating the damage like flatironing. Be sure to check the temperature dial on your hot tool – someone with fine hair shouldn’t have their iron turned up to the max. These tools get hot and can literally burn your hair off, so keep that in mind. Once you burn your hair you can’t “unburn” it. Try to always use a heat protectant product before styling to coat your hair and act as a protective shield. My favorite is Ciment Thermique by Kerastase, but all product lines have their own version of heat protectant products, so shop around if you’d like. The good news is the hair growing back from your roots is virgin hair and has a chance at a new beginning of healthy hair, but if you keep over processing it you’re never going to recover from the damage, and over time it will get worse.

If your hair is damaged from lots of bleaching or changing your hair color often, you may want to chat with your hair stylist about other ways to achieve the color you like without having to create extra damage. If they still are damaging your hair excessively it might be time to find someone new. Natural looking color is so in style right now, and this is huge for us! It means less visits to the salon, which saves damage, time, and money. By taking a more natural approach to your color you are saving yourself all around.

Can Extensions Be Dyed To Match Your Hair

Can Extensions Be Dyed To Match Your Hair?

Coloring hair extensions can be tricky since it’s hair that has been through some processes that we don’t know about. I would never attempt coloring your own extensions at home… ever. Consult your stylist and see if they are able to help you out. It is true that when you have roots throughout your hair, especially when it comes to hair extensions, it blends them and makes them look so natural. Bumble and Bumble makes hair powder in a few different colors which would work great and be a temporary option too.

The Bottom Line

My belief is if you trust your hairstylist, have seen their portfolio of hair extension work, and feel confident in them, then go for it! Everyone has their own personal preference, and whatever works best for you works best for you. I encourage clients to ALWAYS schedule a consultation before getting hair extensions. While extensions are not permanent, they aren’t cheap, and you need to feel good about your new hair awaiting you!

*The hair Sherri uses has been sought after by many stylists but she won’t divulge her secret to anyone. “I’ve spent many years searching for the best quality hair, and now that I have found it, I’m not letting it go! Stylists contact me all the time curious about where I purchase my hair from, but unfortunately I have to keep it to myself!”

The Glamour Girl’s Guide….. To Making It In Hollywood

how to make it in hollywood

So you think you have the look? You have what it takes to be scene-stealing starlet? Ready to buy that plane ticket and hightail it to L.A? Not so fast. Like every roadmap to success, you need a game plan. So we asked movie producer Martin Blencowe, the man behind big screen flicks starring A-list talent from Bruce Willis to The Rock, for his insider expertise. In our Glamour Girl’s guide, we share tips on how to be smart and savvy, stand out in a crowd, and discover why it’s called showbusiness.

What advice would you give girls looking to move out to L.A to make it big in modelling or acting?

Having a good attitude is so important. I don’t care how beautiful you are, if your attitude stinks I won’t want to work with you – or recommend you in future for other opportunities. This business is very interconnected and people talk. What goes around, comes around. My other tip? Have a backup plan. If you’re moving out to Hollywood and giving it all you got because this is your dream, good for you. However, be smart about it. Set yourself goals, and be smart about making money and establishing a career for yourself in the event that being an actress just wasn’t meant to be. Plan ahead to get ahead.

Is being an actress in L.A as glamorous as it sounds?

I think the fantasy is always greater than the actual reality. It’s not all great paying jobs, photo shoots and red carpets. In this business, you’re going to face a lot of criticism and rejection, tough competition, and you need a strong work ethic and a great deal of determination to get ahead. If you become a working actress, then there are definitely ‘perks’ to the job, but it’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work to get to that position.

martin blencowe moviesAny practical prep work we should be doing?

Whether it’s acting classes or a dialect coach to work on your American accent, it doesn’t hurt to get some professional guidance if you can afford it. And take care of your body and your appearance. You always want to be ready for whatever opportunity comes up. You only get one chance to make an impression in front of a producer or casting director so you want to make sure you’re prepared and on point for any potential role.

Your new TV show, RESCUE 3, is from the creators of the iconic Baywatch. What has the casting process been like? Can we expect the same kind of bombshell female stars?

It’s a really exciting project and it will feature similar elements of action, beautiful beaches and yes, beautiful women. We have a few female leads cast so far, but we are still on the hunt for someone with that ‘wow’ factor. To this day, Pamela Anderson is still synonymous with that red bathing suit so I’d like to see lightening strike twice with Rescue 3 and create a new star. We will be holding a final casting soon and I will keep Glamour Edition posted closer to the date. G

The Ultimate Cellulite Busting Regime: Say Hello To Tighter, Firmer & Smoother Skin

butt

It’s a beauty concern that plagues 90 per cent of women’s lives – no matter your size or shape. Essentially, cellulite is a disorder of fat cells caused by poor lymphatic drainage & poor circulation, worsened by inflammatory responses. Poor drainage means that fat cells become congested and surrounded by toxins. Then they store more and more fat. More fat means less circulation, so tissue becomes deprived of nutrients and in turn creates thick fibres around the fat cells to stop them from growing. These thick fibres pull the tissue beneath the skin – leading to the lumpy appearance that cellulite is known for.  While there is no ‘cure’, that doesn’t mean there aren’t steps you can take to visibly reduce the appearance of dimpled skin, or prevent it from getting worse. Read our simple tips that attack cellulite from 3 angles by improving circulation & lymphatic drainage, decreasing the size of fat cells, and calming inflammation. These steps can easily be incorporated into your beauty regime – and will have you saying hello to tighter, firmer, and smoother skin in time for bikini season.

1. DRY SKIN BRUSHING

Before each bath or shower, stroke a body brush gently from feet to the top of thighs to circulate trapped fluid and deliver nutrients and oxygen to cells. Earth Therapeutics Tampico Skin Brush, $9.

2. LIGHT CARDIO

Make it a habit to walk or cycle for 30-60 minutes every day to stimulate lymphatic drainage and help burn stubborn fat cells.

3. STRETCH

After working out, take the time to stretch to return muscles to original length, and reduce water retention. Exercise classes like pilates and yoga improve cellulite by allowing lymph (fluid containing white blood cells) flow to move easier through fatty areas and flush toxins.

4. TAKE A BATH

Trainer James Duigan, whose clientele includes supermodels Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Elle Macpherson, says that Rosie swears by taking baths with added Epsom salts before a big swimwear shoot. Add one to two cups of Epsom salts (available at drugstores) to your bath to draw out toxins and help speed up weight loss. Try Dr. Teal’s Sleep Epsom Salt Lavender Soaking Solution, $5.99

5. SKIP THE SUGAR!

While you’ve all heard that sugar is bad for your waistline, you may not know exactly why: the hormone insulin is responsible for how your body makes and stores fat. It also provokes inflammation (which also is the biggest cause of aging!) The more sugar we eat – whether it’s fruit, pasta, bread, rice or potatoes – our cells become more resistant to insulin, so the body makes more. High insulin means more fat is stored, in this case on our thighs and butt, and more inflammation takes place so that fat cells become even harder to destroy. It’s a vicious cycle. Try Mulberry Leaf Extract, which helps slow the entry of sugar into the blood so insulin levels do not spike: New Nordic Mulberry Zuccarin, $25.99.

6. FIGHT INFLAMMATION

Try to pack as many anti-oxidants into your diet to counteract the negative impact that inflammatory responses have on the body: try brightly-colored fruits and vegetables, green tea and spices like cinnamon and turmeric. Try: Natrol The Ultimate Anti-Oxidant Formula, Capsules, $11.25.

7. HYDRATE

While it may seem counterintuitive to load up on water when you’re fighting fluid retention, hydrating your body with 2 litres of still, cool water every day will help flush out unwanted toxins.

8. GET YOUR CAFFEINE KICK

A jolt of caffeine isn’t just for your energy levels – studies show that it encourages fat cells to unload their contents. Try celeb fave NIP+FAB Cellulite Fix, $17.95, which uses a caffeine and Indian forskolin enriched complex to activate fat breakdown, promote the removal of toxins and improve firmness of skin.

9. PROFESSIONAL TREATMENTS

Want more results? Consider getting zapped with some radiofrequency, rated as the most effective treatment for cellulite. The waves heat up the tissue, causing the fat cells to use energy to cool down. This stimulates the skin to tighten up and regain its elasticity. SmoothShapes, a new treatment that liquefies fat through light and laser energy and then forces it to be expelled through the lymph system, has also been gaining a lot of buzz for its results.

10. FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT!

Even supermodels have a little help. In 2009, VS Angel Selita Ebanks revealed it takes an hour, maybe longer, to apply body makeup to the girls before a show: “It’s all about creating the illusion of this amazing body. People don’t realize that there are about 20 layers of makeup on my butt alone.”

Primed To Perfection: The Secret to Flawless Makeup That Lasts All Day – And Night!

primers

You wouldn’t think twice about painting your nails or your walls with a basecoat first – so why not treat your skin with the same level of attention? A primer is often seen as a superfluous accessory to a makeup bag – something best left to the professionals and cosmetics aficionados. But if you often find yourself wondering why your makeup seems to have evaporated by four o’clock, you shouldn’t underestimate the benefits of adding this simple step to your daily beauty routine.

Do I really need a primer, or can I just use a good moisturizer?

“Both!” says makeup artist Mally Roncal, who has worked with Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé,“primer is really going to help your moisturizer sink in and do its job. Without it, your makeup is just going cling to your moisturizer, and as your moisturizer settles into your pores, its going to take your makeup with it, clogging your pores and ruining the life of your makeup.

If I start using a primer in the morning, should I skip the moisturizer?

Roncal says no: “Don’t skip on the moisturizer! Even if you have super oily skin, you still need moisturizer!” Celebrity makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan, who gets stars like Audrina Patridge and Ashley Tisdale prepped for the red carpet, also agrees on the one-two punch of a moisturizer-primer combo. “I always start with a light to medium moisturizer depending on my clients skin type. The moisturizer will keep the skin hydrated throughout the day but it’s the primer that will keep the makeup looking fresh and flawless. After moisturizing I add primer to my client’s skin to mask fine lines, creases, or large pores and create a seamless canvas for foundation. Another advantage is that most primers set the skin with a matte finish, which will provide shine control for normal to oily skin.”

For her recent red carpet appearance at the Teen Choice Awards (pictured above), Kim Kardashian’s makeup artist Joyce Bonelli used the “fab” Le Blanc de Chanel Sheer Illuminating Base to create her immaculate complexion. Jenna Anton, who works with the Victoria’s Secret models, also has a standby favourite: “A great primer makes a big difference but finding one that gives skin the perfect texture is the tricky part. I’ve tried a lot and always end up back on the Laura Mercier one.” Meanwhile Kelsey Deenihan switches between her two preferred products: NARS Pro-Prime Pore Refining Primer and Skinn Orchid Gel Mattefying Day Treatment.

Want Fuller Lips Or A Narrower Nose? Learn How To Downplay Your Least Favorite Assets – & Maximize The Rest!

jackie gomez

Want bigger, brighter eyes? A narrower nose? Higher cheekbones, or sexier, fuller lips? No needles necessary – the right makeup products and techniques can work wonders on your god-given beauty (even if you did inherit your grandmother’s nose) Let celebrity makeup artist Jackie Gomez, whose impressive clientele list includes Beyonce & sister Solange Knowles; Victoria’s Secret supermodelMarisa Miller and Zoe Saldana, show you how to put your best face forward.

HIGHER CHEEKBONES

“To achieve the effect of higher cheeks bones, apply a bright shimmery white highlighter to the highest points of the cheeks. Contouring the hollows of the cheek bones both help achieve the effects of a slimmer face and higher cheekbones. The nice glow on the cheeks help give a radiant healthy look, which is very flattering. I recommend ULTRAFLESH’s Bronze Metalika from their Bronze and Glow Collection.” ($39, Sephora.com)

Victoria’s Secret Voluptuous Waterproof Mascara, $12, VictoriasSecret.com; Urban Decay’s Revolution High Performance Curler, $20, Sephora.com. MAC Eye Shadow in Ricepaper, $15, MacCosmetics.com.

BIGGER, BRIGHTER EYES

“Three easy steps to achieve the effect of bigger, brighter eyes are universal for ANY eye shape,” says Jackie. “First, using my favorite eyelash curler, Urban Decay’s Revolution High Performance Curler, curl your eye lashes. This product provides the perfect bend to the lashes, which creates an instant lift and opens the eyes. Second, using Victoria Secret’s Voluptuous Waterproof Mascara, apply 2-3 coats of the conditioning formula to hold that perfect eyelash curl and maximize volume. Lastly, my secret to brightening the eyes is use an iridescent shimmery shadow in a reflective pale pink or gold to the inner corners of the eyes. The reflective properties will attract and bounce light, making the eyes appear even brighter. All of these steps combined will create sexy and glamorous eyes.”

FAKE A SLIMMER NOSE

“Nose contouring is much simpler than it sounds. Using a shade one to two shades deeper than your skin tone, apply this sparingly to the sides of the nose. The effect of “shading” the broader areas of the nose will help make it appear less prominent. Also, highlighting the bridge of the nose down the center, will work really work well to give it that pretty “lift” which works beautifully to make the nose appear more flattering and narrower. Try using both L’Oreal’s True Match Powders, ($10.95)  and Inglot’s Contouring Brush (InglotCosmetics.com) which is my favorite product combination for this process.”

FULLER LIPS

“First, line the lips with a nude color most natural to your lip shade. I love using Victoria Secret’s Ginger Spice lip liner, ($12, www.victoriassecret.com) to define the shape of the mouth. Playing up the pout by dusting a shimmery-reflective shadow to the cupid’s bow is an easy tip that will instantly give the effect of fuller lips. Follow this up with an application of your favorite sparkly gloss for maximum fleshy, sexy lips!”

Think You’re Not Photogenic? How To Take The Perfect Picture

Photogenic

Ever find yourself going through a friend’s profile on Facebook thinking, ‘God, she is just so photogenic. Why can’t I look like that in photos?!’. Well, you’re not the only one. A study has found that half of women are so critical of their appearance that they ‘hate’ looking at photographs of themselves. And three-quarters are self-conscious enough to try to avoid appearing in pictures altogether. (I have multiple hand-over-face snaps to prove it). The most common complaint? Teeth that aren’t white or straight enough. Never mind enjoying the Kodak moment – apparently we are too busy worrying about our outfit choice; the morning-after picture reveal on our Facebook wall; being caught with our eyes closed and, even worse, the dreaded up-camera double chin shot. Ugh.

So is it all in our heads or are some lucky people just naturally photogenic? “YES!” says photographer Josh Ryan – the go-to guy for Playboy Playmates who want a smokin’ hot picture. “I’ve shot women that have never taken a photo [professionally] in their life and immediately were amazing in front of the camera. That doesn’t mean that you can’t become photogenic. The key is to let your guard down and become 100% vulnerable in front of the camera… and of course having a good photographer that makes you comfortable and you can connect with.”

Photographer Josh Ryan’s top tips for taking an ultra-flattering photo?

1. Don’t try too hard. Never try to be something you’re not – it shows on camera. Use what you’ve got to the best of your ability and don’t feel the need to nail it on the first try.

2. Practice your poses and facial expressions in the mirror. Pick up a magazine and study the pros. It can’t hurt!

3. The most important tip: get a great photographer! (or a great photo app!)

We took a look at some of the signature poses that celebrities like to strike when the cameras start snapping, from daring seductress to skinny in a flash!

Get The Look: Create The Sultry Glow of a Swimsuit Supermodel

Get The Look: Create The Sultry Glow of a Swimsuit Supermodel

Sultry, summer beauty is all about (trying) to look like you just stepped off a shoot for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. While you may not be able to work a two-piece like supermodels Irina Shayk or Brooklyn Decker, recreating their smouldering look is simple. Celebrity makeup artist Jenna Anton, who works with Victoria’s Secret angels like Candice Swanepoel to create their trademark bronzed glow, shares her bikini bombshell beauty tips.

SI BEAUTY

“First, use your favorite tinted moisturizer or foundation and apply a sheer layer over the face,” says Jenna. “If you have a few imperfections such as pimples, discoloration, or acne, use a bit of concealer for extra coverage. Next, using a cream or liquid bronzer, contour your cheekbones, the temples of your forehead, and neck to give the skin some contrast and depth. If you prefer a flushed radiance on cheeks, use a cream blush in a peachy or pink tone.”

Q&A with model Ashley Mattingly

Ashley Mattingly

The Texan beauty and Playboy cover girl tells us what makes her feel glamorous, her beauty essentials, and how she gets photoshoot ready.

Q: What makes you feel glamorous? I feel the most glamourous when I’m on a shoot and I’m with a stylist getting my hair and makeup done. It makes me feel beautiful even if I’m not feeling great that day because it makes me think, “Wow, I’m so blessed to get to live every girls dream.”

Q: What is your favorite part of your body? MY BOOBS! I did get them enhanced, I was an A-cup and now I’m a small C. To be honest, I wasn’t a fan of getting it done before but they look very natural and people ask me everyday if they’re real or not. Everyone is usually in shock and I’m glad that I did it because now I feel more confident.

Q: What do you think makes a woman sexy? You have to be impecably classy and non-judgemental, just give people chances.

Q: What is your favorite self-tanner? I go to Portofino in Beverly Hills. I get the body scrub first, then I get the personalized spray tan where they airbrush you from head to toe.

Q: Do you go to a facialist or dermatologist for extra treatments? I’ve learned that without getting facials, your skin begins to get rough and hard. Once I started getting facials, which I recommend at least once a month, my skin became less irritated and I noticed I was having less outbreaks.

Q: What is your daily skincare routine like? I use a Cle’ de peau cleanser, it’s a must with oily or dry skin. You have to use a moisturizer even if you have both skin types. I swear by it! I follow it up by using Epicuren facial cream. I love it; it does not make your face feel oily but still makes your skin feel fresh and clean.

Q: Have you had any cosmetic surgery? I’ve had botox for some things on my face that I was concerned about and it did get rid of some lines but don’t be pressured to rush out and do it. Remember girls – beauty comes from the inside and that is the ultimate truth!

Q: Have you picked up any great makeup or hair tips from stylists on shoots? Absolutely! I get most if not all of my tips from my stylists. Shout outs to Marilyn Cole. She works for Alterna and gave me CAVIAR blonde shampoo and conditioner. It actually has real caviar in it and my hair has never felt so soft and smooth before. I always listen to the pros.

Q: What has been the highlight of your career so far? What would be your dream modeling job? It’s hard because I’m torn between being Playboy’s Miss March 2011 and also being the spokesmodel for Femme Noir Swimgerie. It’s such an honor to have graced the pages of Playboy and to have a swimwear line that wants you to be their spokesmodel as well. It’s been an amazing ride for a small town girl so I would say I’m already living my dream.

Q: Do you diet year round to always be photoshoot-ready? I’m not one of those diet freaks where you eat celery all day long, but I don’t go overboard and eat a tub of ice cream when I know I have photoshoot. So it’s a balance, just like life, don’t go overboard without being cautious.

Q: How do you prepare for a big shoot? It’s more about knowing who and what I’m shooting for so that I can get in a state to be confident! [laughs] Before any shoot I HAVE to have my body scrub before my spray tan, eyelashes and I’ll do my own makeup if I have to. Otherwise I always use my girl Sarah Creninm.

Q: What are your tips for getting a flattering photo? I don’t have a signature pose because I have always believed that when I step in front of a camera I have to be myself, otherwise the picture that’s captured won’t be who I truly am…and that at the end of the day is all it’s about!
